PROPERTY RULES –SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FINES

  1. MAXIMUM Occupancy is 6 persons.
  2. NO WALKING on the DUNES.
  3. NO PETS allowed ($250.00 fine).
  4. NO BBQ GRILLS (gas/coal) on decks; grills are to be used in picnic area only.
  5. NO CHILDREN under 16 allowed in the HOT TUB.
  6. NO ALCOHOLIC beverages or GLASS bottles/containers allowed in the POOL AREA.
  7. POOL and POOL AREA are closed at 10:00 p.m. NO ONE is permitted in this area after 10:00 p.m.
  8. NO CHILDREN allowed in pool area without parents/guardian.

I understand that by signing this agreement, I accept responsibility for all items in the above unit and that I am liable for damages or items missing upon departure. I understand that I am responsible for any and all damages caused by my family and/or guests.

A fine of not less than $250 will be due and payable to the Windjammer Interval Ownership Association from your family and/or guest,  relating to vandalism or related negligence to the above property and common areas of the Windjammer.
